Return Policy
Returns and refunds are handled according to the policy of the retailer where the purchase was completed.
How to start a return
Visit the order page on the retailer's website (for example, Amazon's order history) and follow their returns process. Most major retailers offer 30-day returns on eligible items.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact the retailer's customer service team. They are best positioned to issue replacements or refunds quickly.
Demo checkout
Orders placed through Wagfun's demo checkout are not actual purchases — no payment is processed and no items are shipped.
